Ian McDowell is the owner of KySurance. He graduated from the University of Louisville with a bacherlor's and master's degree in Chemical Engineering in 2005.  He worked as an operations manager for a chemical plant in Ireland before returning to the US to become the COO of McDowell, Stromatt & Associates. He started KySurance in 2015 to partner with McDowell, Stromatt & Associates to provide disability and Medicare assistance to the same cliental.
